Toshiba adopts new approach recommended by Content Evolution and eliminates participation in legacy customer programs. Events are moved and integrated with larger Toshiba customer events and conferences with break-out briefings and listening sessions for Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions clients. Customer requirements process is improved and the cost of doing business is lowered at the same time.
